Stan Yan at the Colorado Alliance of Illustrators' Photoshop Tips & Tricks

Join Stan Yan and the DEAD Academy's Zak Hennessey on Saturday, March 2^nd from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm at the Open Media Foundation at 700 Kalamath St. in Denver. Yan will be showing how to do basic comic book coloring, including flatting, modeling, colorholds, and flares, highlighting fill fundamentals and workflow. Hennessey will be demonstrating some little-known comic coloring techniques that he frequently uses. For more information and to register click here.

Drawing Yourself as a Zombie

Saturday, March 16th, from 4-6 pm at the Colorado Alliance of Illustrators Gallery @ the DEAD Academy at 841 Santa Fe Dr., Denver, CO  80204, Stan leads attendees through an illustration workshop which will turn a self portrait of each participant into a zombie. A very fun and creative way to open your silly/scary side! $25/per person. All supplies will be provided.
