Due to being under the weather, Mr. Eisner didn't originally plan on speaking very long, but with a packed auditorium of 340 capacity, he definitely gave the audience their money's worth! |

This panel alludes to a notorious Jack Cole panel from "True Crime #1" which was famously cited by Dr. Wertham as an example of the "injury to the eye motif" which, Wertham argued, corrupted children and was unique to comics (conveniently forgetting Oedipus Rex and Gloucester from King Lear) |
